Our beautiful house is located directly on a lake. The terrace and pool area on the southwest side, framed with plants and palm trees, invites you to relax and unwind with a beautiful lake view. The house is bright, friendly and very tastefully decorated. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and an open living, dining and TV area. All bedrooms are equipped with wooden floors and walk-in closets. The remaining rooms are tiled. Through the open kitchen with breakfast bar and the laundry with washer and dryer, is a direct access into the garage. The garden is maintained as well as the skin-friendly pool weekly. Fast Internet access is possible via W-LAN free of charge. In addition to the comfortable and cozy TV room with large LCD TV, all three bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. Furthermore, radio and telephone are available.
The house can serve as an ideal starting point for your discoveries and activities. In addition, you will find here a nice place to rest, relax and unwind. At the pool you can take a break from everyday life and enjoy the sunset over the lake. An early morning walk on a few minutes' drive (~ 10 ... 15 minutes) away to the long white sandy beach is almost as sustainable as the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Experience what impressions and colors are possible only from the sea and the setting sun. In just 2-3 minutes by car, or about 10-15 minutes walk from the supermarket you will find a rich selection of quality and fresh food, a highly recommended bakery and Starbucks, restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and other shops.
In the quiet grounds of Crown Pointe and the adjoining communities, you can take long walks in landscaped, tropical-style surroundings, or enjoy varied jogging and walking tours.
